Password Policy

Password Expiration: Your password will now expire every 365 days from the day it was last changed. You will receive automated email notifications to change your password when the expiration date approaches.

Complexity: Your password must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum length of 8 characters
• Cannot contain any of the following:
  • Your username
  • Your first name
  • Your last name
• Contain characters from three of the following four categories:
  
  • Uppercase characters
  • Lowercase characters
  • A number (0-9)
  • Special character (for example, !, $, #, %)

Password History: You will not be able to reuse any of your previous passwords. Please create a unique password every time you are prompted to change it.

How often should I change my password?

We recommend that you change your password at least once every 180 days, but we're only enforcing a once per year password change at this time..
